Xavier Dolan

Xavier Dolan (born 1989) is a Canadian (Québécois) director, screenwriter, and actor. He made his feature debut I Killed My Mother at twenty and has since produced a body of work characterized by youthful intensity and visual flamboyance. His acclaimed films include I Killed My Mother, Heartbeats, Laurence Anyways, Tom at the Farm, Mommy, It's Only the End of the World (which won the Grand Prix at Cannes), The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, and Matthias & Maxime.
