Sarah Polley

Sarah Polley (born 1979) is a Canadian director, screenwriter, and actress. After a celebrated acting career in features by Atom Egoyan and others, she turned to direction. Her feature Women Talking won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay. Her acclaimed films include Away from Her, Take This Waltz, Stories We Tell, and Women Talking.
