Ron Fricke

Ron Fricke (born 1950) is an American director, cinematographer, and editor who came up as cinematographer on Godfrey Reggio's Koyaanisqatsi before turning to direction with his own non-narrative documentaries of natural and human landscapes. His acclaimed films include Chronos, Baraka, and Samsara.
