Roberto Benigni

Roberto Benigni (born 1952) is an Italian actor, director, and comedian, one of the most popular figures of postwar Italian comic cinema. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor and his feature Life Is Beautiful won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. His acclaimed films include Johnny Stecchino, Il Mostro, Life Is Beautiful, Pinocchio, and The Tiger and the Snow.
