Richard Lester
Richard Lester (born 1932) is an American-British director, best known for his work with the Beatles and his Three Musketeers features. He came up in British television comedy and produced features characterized by stylistic invention and comic energy. His acclaimed films include A Hard Day's Night, Help!, The Knack… and How to Get It, Petulia, The Bed Sitting Room, The Three Musketeers, The Four Musketeers, Robin and Marian, Superman II, and Superman III.
