Philippe Claudel

Philippe Claudel (born 1962) is a French novelist, screenwriter, and director. His feature debut I've Loved You So Long earned him a César Award for Best Original Screenplay. His acclaimed films include I've Loved You So Long, All Those Bright Crazy Days, Before the Winter Chill, and A Childhood.
