Miwa Nishikawa

Miwa Nishikawa (born 1974) is a Japanese director and novelist who came up as an assistant to Hirokazu Kore-eda before establishing her own celebrated career. Her acclaimed films include Wild Berries, Sway, Dear Doctor, Dreams for Sale, The Long Excuse, and Under the Open Sky.
