Martin McDonagh
Martin McDonagh (born 1970) is a British-Irish director, playwright, and screenwriter, one of the most internationally celebrated voices in contemporary English-language cinema. After establishing himself as a major playwright, he turned to filmmaking with the short Six Shooter (which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film) and then to features. His acclaimed films include In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, and The Banshees of Inisherin.
