Maren Ade
Maren Ade (born 1976) is a German director and producer, one of the most internationally celebrated figures of the so-called Berlin School. Trained at the University of Television and Film Munich, she co-founded the production company Komplizen Film, which has produced features by many of the most acclaimed German-language directors of her generation, as well as her own three features to date. Her acclaimed films include The Forest for the Trees, Everyone Else, and Toni Erdmann.
