Marcel Duchamp

Marcel Duchamp (1887–1968) was a French-American artist, one of the most influential figures of twentieth-century visual art. Best known for his ready-mades and his role in the Dada movement, he also made the short film Anémic Cinéma (1926), a Dadaist short composed of rotating discs bearing puns and visual illusions.
