Luigi Zampa

Luigi Zampa (1905–1991) was an Italian director, one of the prominent figures of postwar Italian popular cinema and an important transitional figure between neorealism and the commedia all'italiana. His acclaimed films include To Live in Peace, L'Onorevole Angelina, Difficult Years, The Easy Years, Anni Ruggenti, A Question of Honor, and Bisturi: La Mafia Bianca.
