Jerry Schatzberg
Jerry Schatzberg (born 1927) is an American director and photographer, a key figure of the New Hollywood era. After a celebrated career as a fashion and music photographer, he turned to feature direction in his late thirties. His feature Scarecrow won the Palme d'Or at Cannes. His acclaimed films include Puzzle of a Downfall Child, The Panic in Needle Park, Scarecrow, Sweet Revenge, and Honeysuckle Rose.
