James Sibley Watson, Melville Webber

James Sibley Watson (1894–1982) and Melville Webber (1871–1947) were American experimental filmmakers and patrons of the arts who collaborated on two of the most distinctive American avant-garde films of the late silent and early sound eras. Their acclaimed films include The Fall of the House of Usher and Lot in Sodom.
