Jack Garfein

Jack Garfein (1930–2019) was a Czech-American director and acting teacher who survived eleven Nazi concentration camps as a child before emigrating to the United States. He was a co-founder of the Actors Studio West and worked in feature and theatre direction. His acclaimed films include The Strange One and Something Wild.
