Hideo Sekigawa

Hideo Sekigawa (1908–1977) was a Japanese director who specialized in anti-war and socially engaged features. He is best known for the feature Hiroshima, an unsparing dramatization of the atomic bombing made with the participation of survivors. His acclaimed films include Hiroshima, Listen to the Voices of the Sea, and The Storm.
