Henning Carlsen

Henning Carlsen (1927–2014) was a Danish director and screenwriter, one of the most prominent figures of postwar Danish cinema. He is best known for the feature Hunger, an adaptation of the Knut Hamsun novel. His acclaimed films include We Are All Demons, Hunger, People Meet and Sweet Music Fills the Heart, Two Are Company, and Pan.
