Hans Weingartner

Hans Weingartner (born 1970) is an Austrian-German director and screenwriter. Trained at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, he established his reputation with The Edukators, a feature about young anti-capitalist activists in contemporary Berlin. His acclaimed films include The White Sound, The Edukators, Free Rainer (Reclaim Your Brain), and 303.
