Gérard Pirès

Gérard Pirès (born 1942) is a French director who worked across popular French comedy, action, and thriller cinema. He came back to international notice in the late 1990s with the producer-director model of EuropaCorp on Taxi. His acclaimed films include Erotissimo, Elle Court, Elle Court, La Banlieue, L'Entourloupe, Taxi, and Riders.
