Emmanuel Bourdieu

Emmanuel Bourdieu (born 1965) is a French director, screenwriter, and philosopher, the son of the sociologist Pierre Bourdieu. He has worked as a screenwriter on features by Arnaud Desplechin and others, and as a director on his own features. His acclaimed films include Vert Paradis, Les Amitiés Maléfiques (Poison Friends), Intrusions, and Louis-Ferdinand Céline.
