Edward Zwick
Edward Zwick (born 1952) is an American director and producer with a long career across television and feature film. A graduate of Harvard and AFI, he co-created the popular television series thirtysomething before turning to large-scale Hollywood feature direction. His features often combine prestige casting with American historical and political subjects. His acclaimed films include Glory, Legends of the Fall, Courage Under Fire, The Siege, The Last Samurai, Blood Diamond, and Defiance.
