Dennis Gansel

Dennis Gansel (born 1973) is a German director and screenwriter. Trained at the University of Television and Film Munich, he established his reputation with the school drama The Wave, a contemporary reinterpretation of a real-world Californian experiment about totalitarianism. His acclaimed films include Before the Fall, The Wave, We Are the Night, and Mechanic: Resurrection.
