Delphine and Muriel Coulin

Delphine Coulin (born 1969) and Muriel Coulin (born 1967) are French sisters who write and direct features together. Both worked in journalism and television before turning to filmmaking, and their features are characterized by close attention to teenage and young adult experience — particularly that of young women navigating the institutional pressures of contemporary France. Their acclaimed films include 17 Filles and Voir du Pays.
