Danièle Thompson

Danièle Thompson (born 1942) is a French director and screenwriter, the daughter of the director Gérard Oury. After a long and successful career as a screenwriter on her father's features and many others — she co-wrote La Grande Vadrouille — she turned to direction in her late fifties. Her acclaimed films include La Bûche, Jet Lag, Avenue Montaigne, Change of Plans, and Cézanne et Moi.
