Christos Nikou
Christos Nikou (born 1984) is a Greek director and screenwriter, one of the most internationally recognized voices in the so-called Greek Weird Wave. After working as an assistant to Yorgos Lanthimos, he turned to direction with his absurdist debut Apples, set in a near-future Greece experiencing a pandemic of sudden amnesia. His acclaimed films include Apples and Fingernails.
