Buster Keaton, Clyde Bruckman
Buster Keaton (1895–1966) and Clyde Bruckman (1894–1955) were American filmmakers who collaborated on some of Keaton's most celebrated silent features. Bruckman was a writer-director who worked with many of the great American silent comedians, including Keaton, Harold Lloyd, and Laurel and Hardy. His most enduring collaboration with Keaton produced The General, often cited as one of the finest American silent features ever made. Their acclaimed films include The General and various of Keaton's silent shorts.
